Custom-Made Furniture
All custom-made furniture pieces are created specifically to your specifications and measurements. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, custom orders are generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a custom furniture piece with a manufacturing defect or that does not match the approved specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Inspect the item to confirm the defect
- Repair the defect at no cost to you, or
- Replace the item if repair is not possible, or
- Provide a full refund if neither repair nor replacement is feasible
Standard Products
For any standard (non-custom) products we may offer:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging should be retained when possible
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone within the specified time frame
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will review your request and provide return instructions
- Once approved, we will arrange for collection or provide return shipping details
Refunds
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Custom order deposits may be subject to different refund terms as specified in your order agreement
Damaged Items
If your furniture arrives damaged:
- Please contact us immediately upon delivery
- Take photographs of the damage
- Do not discard the item or packaging
- We will arrange for inspection and either repair, replacement, or refund
Warranty Coverage
All custom furniture comes with a warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural integrity issues
- Finish defects under normal use conditions
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Change of Mind
For custom orders, changes of mind after production has commenced may not be eligible for return or refund. However, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include:
- Modifications to the design (subject to feasibility and additional costs)
- Credit toward a future order (subject to terms and conditions)
